Mikel Arteta wants Arsenal to seize title chances as the English Premier League returns after world cup.
“There is excitement, and we should be excited and embrace the opportunity that is before us.” Arsenal currently leads reigning champions Manchester City by five points.
Mikel Arteta has urged Arsenal to pick up where they left off and win their first Premier League title since 2004 when the English top flight resumes after the World Cup. The Gunners were in superb form, with 12 wins from 14 games, when the league was paused in an unprecedented manner to allow Qatar to host the first World Cup held in winter.

Arteta, on the other hand, was upbeat ahead of his team’s return to Premier League action against London rivals West Ham at the Emirates on Monday. “You know, I want the team to play a certain way, and the more consistent we are on that, the more we will win,” he explained to Sky Sports.
